Accelerated Nursing New Student Checklist
Here’s a checklist of things you need to do now that you are an accepted student at the College of Mount Saint Vincent. We look forward to welcoming you to campus! Please review the deadlines for the appropriate Accelerated Nursing cohort.
Submit Your Enrollment Deposit
A non-refundable $500 enrollment deposit is required of all students entering Accelerated Nursing. Pay your deposit online. The deadline to make your deposit for the summer term is May 1, 2021.
File the FAFSA
All students must complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid by visiting fafsa.ed.gov. The College’s FAFSA code is 0002703. If you have any questions regarding the loan process or submitting the FAFSA, please contact the Office of Financial Aid at (718) 405-3289.
Register for Orientation | Accelerated Nursing Summer 2021
- Orientation will be held on May 7, 2021 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and it will be held virtually via Zoom.
- The Spring 2021 term only begins at our Queens location
- Deadline to complete the course waiver form is May 14, 2021
Further information on registering for Orientation will be sent to all students via email after they have submitted their enrollment deposit.
Please note: All students are pre-registered for courses and will receive their schedule at orientation.
Complete and Submit the Course Waiver Form
All students who have previously taken Lifespan/Human Development and who wish to have this course waived must complete the enclosed Course Waiver Form by May 14, 2021. Students can email their completed course waiver documentation to gradstudies@mountsaintvincent.edu.
Please note: All students are pre-registered for courses for the Fall semester and will receive their schedule during Orientation.
