Eligibility and Requirements
Eligibility
Students are eligible to register for internships during the fall, spring, winter, and summer sessions. Interns earn three credits by working 120 hours at the internship site and completing academic and career-related assignments.
Requirements
All internships must be approved by the Associate Dean for Academic Advisement and Career Education with consultation from the Director for Internships. Students may earn up to three credits for internships during their time at the college.
Students are required to sign an Internship Agreement, which specifies the number of hours they will work per week, their responsibilities, and their internship assignments. The site supervisor, faculty supervisor, and Director for Internships also sign the agreement.
Registered students should submit the agreement before the start of each semester.
