B.S. in Nursing to M.S. in Nursing – Curricular Option

Students in the College’s undergraduate program in nursing leading to the Bachelor of Science degree are encouraged to discuss with their advisors a curricular option designed to facilitate the process of earning both the B.S. and M.S. degrees in nursing in a condensed time frame.

Nursing students may take up to 6 graduate credits in nursing during the senior year of the undergraduate program with the following stipulations:

  1. The student’s cumulative grade point average must be at least 3.0
  2. The student must obtain the recommendation of their academic adviser

Nursing students interested in pursuing this curricular option should consult with their faculty early in their course of study.
