3.4 Payroll Deductions
As required by law, the College will make the following deductions from employees’ paychecks:
- Federal Income Tax
- Social Security Tax (FICA)
- State Income Tax
- Local Income Tax
- Garnishments
- NYS Disability Insurance premium
At the request of the employee the College will make the following voluntary deductions from an employee’s paycheck:
- Health/dental insurance premiums
- Retirement Plan contributions Supplemental
- Retirement Plan contributions Long-term
- Disability premiums
- Life Insurance premiums
- Credit Union payments
- Other Voluntary Deductions
