3.4 Payroll Deductions

As required by law, the College will make the following deductions from employees’ paychecks:

  1. Federal Income Tax
  2. Social Security Tax (FICA)
  3. State Income Tax
  4. Local Income Tax
  5. Garnishments
  6. NYS Disability Insurance premium

At the request of the employee the College will make the following voluntary deductions from an employee’s paycheck:

  1. Health/dental insurance premiums
  2. Retirement Plan contributions Supplemental
  3. Retirement Plan contributions Long-term
  4. Disability premiums
  5. Life Insurance premiums
  6. Credit Union payments
  7. Other Voluntary Deductions
