4.2 Students
As a college, the student is our primary focus and our reason for being. Our relationship with and commitment to our students are spelled out in various documents, and all employees are urged to read them. Employees are expected to maintain a professional relationship with individual students and student groups. It is crucial that an employee supports the College’s mission both on and off campus, informal and informal settings whenever dealing with students. It is equally important for employees to make referrals to the appropriate administrator in Student Affairs should they have any complaints or concern about the behavior and/or well being of a student.
