12.4 Vacation

Full-time regular Administrators accrue vacation days as follows:

Vacation Entitlement	Accrual
20 Days	1.67 days per month

Administrators are required to provide at least four weeks’ notice of their resignation. If an Administrator provides more than the required amount of notice, he/she may, and indeed, is encouraged to, use remaining vacation days between the date notice is provided and the day notice was required (i.e., four weeks prior to the resignation date). However, the Administrator may not use any vacation days during the last four weeks of employment. Any exception to this policy must be approved in writing by the Vice President for Finance or the President.
