4.1 Pre-Employment Records

Before employment is official, the following documentation is required:

• A completed employment application;
• A current curriculum vitae;
• Official transcripts of the applicant’s academic records from the Colleges/ Universities from which degrees were earned;
• A completed Immigration and Naturalization Service I-9 form;
• Letters of recommendation, including one from the immediate past supervisor of the candidate.
