7.9 Lactation Accommodation Policy

The College complies with all applicable city, state and federal laws, including the Pregnancy Accommodations Law enforced by the New York City Human Rights Commission.

The College is committed to promptly assisting employees in need of accommodations to pump during their work hours.

If an employee needs an accommodation, the employee should contact Human Resources immediately.
