4.13 Office Keys
Office keys are distributed to a new employee by their supervisor. Under no circumstances should an employee initiate the changing of a lock. Keys are not to be duplicated for any purpose. Replacement keys can be obtained from the Office of Facilities. Upon the termination of employment, the employee must return their college keys to the Director of Human Resources.
