8.1 Full-Time Instructional Faculty Rights
Full-time instructional faculty have the following rights:
- to freedom in teaching;
- to mutually binding terms of appointment;
- to appropriate consideration in matters of tenure and promotion;
- to an appeal in matters of dispute;
- to a teaching assignment consonant with the College’s normal teaching load;
- to full participation in faculty benefits;
- to be identified as a member of the College faculty.
