10.5 Class Rosters
Preliminary class rosters are obtained from the Registrar at term opening, and are generated daily for the first two weeks of the class. Students whose names do not appear on the roster must register for the course. They will appear on the subsequent day’s roster. Students on the preliminary class roster who do not attend class during the first week are to be removed from the list.
Students who wish to withdraw from a class must consult with the academic advisor and submit a withdrawal form to the Registrar. It is not sufficient for a student to simply notify the instructor of his/her withdrawal. Faculty should not cross out a name on the roster. If the student on the preliminary roster has never attended the class, the faculty member should so note on the roster.
