Professor Quinn is an artist and art therapist in private practice in Orange County, NY. She has presented widely in Orange County and for the American Art Therapy Association (AATA), on the subject of art therapy for treatment of addiction and trauma. She worked as an addiction clinician and supervisor for 23 years, including supervising a clinic for Catholic Charities. She served as director for prevention services for Warwick, NY from 2012 to 2014. She has taught art therapy at SUNY Westchester since 1994, and previously taught at The College of New Rochelle, beginning 2014, before it relocated to Mount Saint Vincent. She chairs the Historical Archives committee of the AATA, the Governmental Affairs Committee of the New York Art Therapy Association, and has served for three years as President of the Mental Health Association of Orange County, NY.
Professor Quinn has taught ATH 900 Special Topics: Art Therapy for Addictions and Related Disorders, and ATH 900 Special Topics: Art Therapy for People with Autism.
